Is this a public folder store?
Do the stores mount regardless?

Yes, it's the public folder store and the store mount regardless of the error.

I think this is a bug that doesnt cause problems unless you are also seeing other issues. I have seen this as well.
Another thread on it:

The possible cause is the empty “Server” container in the old administrative group (AG). Is it a migrated exchange environment? If yes,
please remove the empty “Server” container in the old AG, and then dismount/mount public database
Please run ExBPA against the exchange server for health/permission checkJames Luo

I've tryed to move the database to another path on the same server with exchange console. The action have been completed with an error message :

Regarding the installation, it's a migrated exchange environment but the "Server" container from old AG have been deleted (i was having problems with it) and before move the database, i've tryed to dismount / mount the database but it didn't changed
anything.
I don't know if it have a link to the problem but it seem that i can't backup my server due to exchange, in eventlog when i make a backup, i've two errors :

Does the database move to another path? I think the reason for the failure is that the RPC called is made after the move and before the public database
is mounted at the new location. Development team has worked on the warning. Per my research, issue doesn’t occur after 14.01.0169.000 any more
For the backup issue, which backup tool do you use, windows server backup?
Incorrectly formatted drive would be the possible cause. Please move/copy exchange data/log into another drive, and then perform the backup, see
if the issue still persists. If not, please format the problematic drive
Please disable the anti-virus software on the problematic node, and see if the issue still persists
"Betest" can help you to narrow down the cause. If log files can be deleted after using Betest, this indicates the cause to windows server backup
rather than exchange

Hi James,
Does the database moved to another path ? Yes. I've the error message "could not find a valid configuration for database..." when i move the database to another path and when i exchange start on reboot (it was present before moving the database). Can
it be due to RPC ?
Which backup tool ? I'm using windows server backup.
Incorrectly formated drive : it's a new server with raid 5 drive. I only have installed Windows 2008 R2 (full format) but it's a GPT drive (around 2,3 To). This night, i will move the database on another drive and test if i still have the problem
on another drive.
Anti-virus : i don't use on the server
About Betest, where can i find it, is it working on Windows 2008R2 ? no risk for prod environment ?
